2014 has been a busy year for Karanda!

Karanda has added the SIGN nail program for Orthopaedics, vastly updated the diagnostic endoscopy equipment to state-of-the-art equipment, added a new outpatient surgery center to facilitate outpatient surgery, and updated our Pediatrics department.

In 2014 improvements have been made in many of our practices, and there is continued commitment to very aggressive screening for cervical cancer, syphilis and other STD’s, vastly improved availability for laboratory tests and pathology as well as enhancing the post-operation recovery pathway which will increase patient safety.

Although busier than ever, there is also a commitment to our patient’s time. When a surgery is scheduled, it will be accomplished without fear of rescheduling, postponing, or cancelling the surgery for lack of time, equipment, or supplies, with very rare exceptions.

Karanda is here to serve the people of Zimbabwe and everything is done in the name of the Lord Jesus. Though there are limits to what can be done at Karanda, there is also a commitment to open and honest communication. You will be informed whether or not a procedure can be accomplished at this facility. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you have.
